This movie caught my attention about a year ago at my mom and pop video store.I seen the cover then looked on the back to read what the movie was about.Then what caught my attention,(I don't want to say eye.That's just plain ass cheesey.)was that it was distributed by Lion's Gate Home Entertainment.(For those who do not know who Lion's Gate is need to come from out of under your rock and realize they are one of the best horror distributor's out now.)Well,back to coruption of your moral thoughts of a movie that will probably make you not want to be alone for awhile.But anyway's,this is more of a psycological thriller.One thing about this movie what makes it intresting is that it's in Cantonese and Thai with English subtitles.So,if you hate reading or are not into foreign films your on your own.Cause you will never get to see great films like - Ring 1,2 and 3,Visitor Q and Uzumaki.
Well,I guess now I can tell you a little about this.It's about a a young woman named Mun,who is a 20 year old who has been blind for 18 years and gets her eyesight restored by a corneal transplant.As soon as she gets her sight fully back is when she starts seeing weird things like immediately,mystyerious black-clad figures Mun's feildd of vision seem to foreshadow sudden deaths,and disfigured denizens that haunt her daily.Mun slowly realizes she has inherited her's doner's particular fate,the ability to see into the future.
Overall the movie and the way it flows is really well done.There is not a dull part within the movie.People would say it's the foreign Sixth Sense,but this movie is makes Sixth Sense look like it belongs on the Disney Channel.
